You may return your unused products at any time within the first 10 days. There will be a 20% restocking fee. The original purchase price, minus the restocking fee, will be credited to the card used for the original payment within 3 business days of receiving returned merchandise. Customer pays return shipping. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
Used products may not be returned at any time.

We use UPS ground and air shipping depending on the options you specify at checkout. Shipping for tooling is calculated at checkout based on size and weight of your order. Grinders are sent via ground freight services and you will be charged the actual shipping cost. When product is in stock, all tooling will be shipped within one business day of receiving your order. Grinders will ship within 2-5 business days of receiving your order. If any part of your order is out of stock you will only be charged for the portion of your order that ships.
